Fashion Portfolio
To me, fashion is a comfortable aesthetic state enabling the identification of an individual despite intersectionality. It transcends borders and goes beyond race and gender.

04 從前 (Ago)
A digital piece inspired by the LGBT community which is yet to exist in ancient times. The piece resembles a picture of an on-going marriage in Ancient China, however, instead of a male and a female, it portrays two females with a headpiece they wear before getting married. Through this visual irony, the piece highlights the oppressive circumstances that prevented individuals of diverse sexualities from freely expressing themselves in ancient societies.

05 Nightfall
The digital drawing draws inspiration from the advice I've encountered as a female, particularly the prevalent warnings about the dangers of being out alone at night. The piece aims to capture the eerie atmosphere and inherent sense of peril associated with a woman walking alone at night, shedding light on the ongoing challenges and dangers faced by women in society.

A charcoal piece of my own eye inspired by my personal identity where I define as passionate and fervent towards my unknown future. The sculpture was created to keep in memory of someone who was a big influence to me, that has experienced cyberbullying and suicided several years ago. The white rose symbolises remembrance and a life that is destroyed by thorns and words of others, which is printed on the petals. In a culture and society with frequent use of social media, people tend to forget the weight of their words and I think there is a need to raise social awareness on how your words could possibly turn into a weapon.
