GARMENTS: HEAD PIECE
MATERIALS: RED SATIN /WIRES /PAPIER-MÂCHÉMy headpiece is inspired by the concept of animal cruelty which serves as a powerful statement against animal cruelty and the exploitation of animals for human entertainment. I aim to express the beauty of savage animals and their power in nature, emphasizing the need to protect them. My main inspiration comes from the idea of bullfighting, thinking of how bulls are used for human entertainment, I wish to highlight and showcase the harm caused to these animals and the strength and beauty they possess at the same time. Through my headpiece, I incorporated sharp elements and red from the red flags as the main theme, symbolising the invasion of humans in the wild and untamed natural world, where the horns of the bull represent strength, virility, and power.
